I found yoga at 19, during a time when I was carrying more pain than peace. My childhood had left me navigating trauma, abandonment, and deep confusion. As a young adult, I often felt lost—unsure of my purpose or direction. Then one day, a friend brought me to my first yoga class. That hour changed everything. For the first time in a long time, I felt peace. I felt a presence. I felt something sacred awaken within me.

Through breath and movement, I began to release years of stored emotion—layers of heaviness I hadn’t even known were weighing me down. Yoga became my anchor, my healing, and eventually, my home. I showed up to my mat day after day, not yet fully understanding the depth of the practice, but knowing it made me feel more whole.

Months later, I enrolled in my first 200-hour yoga teacher training—scared, uncertain, and paralyzed by my lifelong fear of public speaking. But something in me knew I had to do it. With time, dedication, and a lot of inner work, I slowly found my voice. The more I taught, the more I healed. Teaching became just as transformative as my practice.

In 2020, my family and I followed a deep soul call to move to Miami, Florida. That leap of faith opened up a new chapter filled with sunshine, growth, and possibility. Since then, I’ve had the honor of teaching at my beloved home studio, Wynwood Yoga, as well as leading classes on beaches and in healing spaces all across Miami. I am endlessly grateful for every soul I’ve had the privilege to guide.

I am endlessly passionate about the healing arts—yoga, energetics, reiki, sound, spiritual coaching, and meditation. I hold two 200-hour certifications, Reiki Levels I & II, and an additional 100-hour Yin Yoga certification. Each year, I continue to deepen my studies and expand my toolkit for healing.

My deepest intention is to hold sacred space for others to come home to themselves—to their truth, to their soul, to their joy. I believe it is our birthright to live lives that are vibrant, creative, and rich with love and aliveness.

Wherever you are on your journey, I see you. I support you. And I’m so honored to walk this path with you.
