I felt deeply inspired to create this retreat for my beloved students — a space to step outside the rhythm of daily life and remember how beautiful, magical, and adventurous life can be when we’re truly present.
The essence of The Wild Light Within is a return home — to simplicity, to presence, to joy. Through movement, meditation, self-inquiry, play, and exploration, we shed layers and reconnect with the wild spirit that lives within us all.

I’m Katie — yoga teacher, Yin yoga teacher trainer, reiki & sound healing facilitator, and passionate guide for people on their awakening journeys.
With over 11 years of teaching and witnessing countless transformations, it’s my mission to hold space for you to release what’s heavy, reconnect to your joy, and remember the truth of who you are.

With over 11 years of teaching experience, I’ve led everything from weekly classes to co-facilitating yin yoga teacher trainings, energetically powerful yin workshops, and transformational healing sessions. I am a certified Reiki facilitator, a sound bath enthusiast, and a devoted guide for those navigating emotional release, energetic rebalance, and soul-deep transformation.
Every offering I share is rooted in my personal journey—years of spiritual growth, shadow work, healing my own traumas, and the pursuit of deeper freedom and abundant joy.
This retreat is the culmination of it all. A sacred, heart-led space for you to breathe, soften, rise, and remember the wild light within.
